stalled
I’m down to 12 carbs daily and most days I meet that. Sometimes surpass fat and protein but not by much , at least 10-8oz water daily, a no carb alcohol beverage every second day! Average around 5000 steps a day in the pool because of arthritis. I haven’t lost weekly for ages struggling with 2 lbs up and down. Anybody have any ideas to get this happening again? Fasting at least 12 hours daily too.

My initial thoughts are to just keep on doing what you’re doing. We’re all different and everybody hits a bump now and then - keep the faith.
I’ll bet you’ve had some non-scale victories there too. Lose fitting clothes, feeling better, those sorts of things. Not all victories come on the scale.

I stalled after one week of counting macros. Initially I was on a keto diet where I only followed a particular menu. I lost 1 1/2 lbs in 2 weeks so I changed to what I do now which is counting macros including calories which is around 1000 (sometimes I go down to 900). I am very careful counting everything. I eat 2 meals a day. I lost 3 lbs the first week then never lost anything since. I am on week 3. I only have between 10 and 13 carbs per day. I am feeling frustrated. I know it hasn't been very long but I need some incentive to keep me motivated!
