New to Keto and having blood sugar issues
Hi all, I'm type 2 diabetic. The issue is at day 5 my blood sugar is crashing, going dangerously low. I'm staying at about 15 carbs a day and 1400 calories. I've stopped taking my metformin as of yesterday but still having to eat something pretty much every half hour to stay in safe range. yes, I'm going to the doctor asap about this. In the meantime are their any other type 2's out there that have any tips and tricks for this without ruining ketosis? I've lost 8 lbs in 5 days so far, don't want to quit.
