38 lb down in 5 weeks 🤯🎉
2 months and 1 week in, 38 lb down! Yahoo, I haven't been this weight in a while!
Some advice - watch your caloric intake too - I'm still learning how to do this and til now I tend to concentrate on the pretty colored bars and pie chart lol - carbs, fats and proteins. The past few days, I have been exhausted with little energy and have had tired (not cramping but weak) leg muscles. I tried supplements, Mg and Kcl, no improvement. I looked back and saw I had total caloric intakes of 800-1200/day for a bunch of days straight. Was rarely hungry so I didn't notice. Yikes!! I was in too low of a deficit and was feeling it I think. Oh well, upping my calories and we'll see how it goes!

Hi Carina ! I'm no expert, and as I said in my original post, I felt really bad, weary and sore, with too low calories, so be careful you don't go too low with your calories. My macro limits are: 12 net carbs, 95 Fat, 75 protein, 1199 calories. I usually aim for hitting the protein, and I too overshoot the calories frequently, I'm okay with that. I don't try to hit all 95 of fat, some days I'm lower. I'm not too strict with myself - as long as I'm close I'm cool with it, and I try to intake as few carbs as possible.
Here's what I ate yesterday: No breakfast, for lunch I ate a 2 egg omelette with cheddar cheese, butter, herbs and 2 asparagus. I have a 2 egg omelette every day, it really fills me up.
Snacks were 6 pieces of bacon (dont judge lol, I caved and made a second set of 3), 2 strawberries, 3 celery sticks with guacamole, one babybell cheese.
Dinner was 3 oz 80/20 burger with cheddar cheese.
I was 5net carbs, 12 total, 97 fat, 78 protein, 1225 calories.
Good luck, you can do it! You'll learn as you go ! I'm still learning
