Upping carb limit to increase vegetable intake?
Anyone doing “healthy keto”? This is where your carb limit is higher so that you’re making sure to get a lot of leafy greens and low carb veggies in your diet. My carb limit is 17. I usually only get to around 12 or so for the day but I’m not eating nearly as many vegetables as I was pre-keto.
Is ketosis jeopardized if I raise my carbs to 30 to allow plentiful greens?

I don't recommend upping your carb limit, I just recommend getting at least 50% of your carbs from fresh vegetables. I was on a 15 net carb a day limit, and I was able to easily make a large leafy green salad for lunch, usually 3oz fresh spinach, half a small tomato, a small or half a large avocado, blue cheese crumbles, some hemp hearts, and dressing made of mayo, sour cream, MCT oil, apple cider vinegar, sea salt and Italian seasonings. At dinner I would have 4 to 5 oz of cauliflower, zucchini, or spinach, And still have enough carbs left over for some dairy and maybe a few nuts.
