Starting Keto for anxiety
Hi all,
I started keto about 7 days ago to help reduce anxiety and lose some weight. I have been doing my research and found how helpful and affective it is in treating mental disorders. I am doing well on it and have not really had any of the keto flu symptoms per say, but my body constantly feels like it is under a lot of stress and most of the time when I eat something with a few carbs in it, the symptoms of stress go away but not fully and just slowly starts to come back.
Is this a common symptom of starting keto? I assume this is just my body getting used to hardly any carbs and no sugar as I used to eat a terrible diet...?
