Hi from Jordan, I’m just starting my KETO diet 5 days ago, but I’m worried about the calculation of carbs as I should take 20 g of carbs but every day the total is over than 20 some times 28 or 30 😢😢
Welcome 🍍. You can continue to reduce your carbs to get them under 20 grams. However, you may be able to reach and stay in Ketosis at 28 or 30 grams if you want to change your carb goal. Our individual carb tolerance varies.
