Carb difference from web to app

I entered a recipe from the web that says its 5 net carbs for a rhubarb crisp recipe & the CarbManager app says it’s 13 net carbs...who do I believe???

    1.Brown hamburger and onion  with pepper and garlic herb seasoning in a large skillet. Add veggies cream and cream cheese. Simmer stirring  often until ar cooked to your taste and serve hot.  I made up this recipe yesterday. only put in things that I believed were keto grade A  Finished lunch and then entered it into the app. Carbs were off the charts for both my wife and I. I went back through the recipe and checked each ingredient one at a time until I discovered the heavy whipping cream I had chosen in the app was very high in carbs        ( probably due to added sugar)  While the whipping cream I was actually using had 0 carbs. So in truth we were boat well below our target. With all the foods to choose from in the app it is extremely easy to choose the incorrect one

    Personally, I go by the recipe. I have found there is always a discrepancy in the macro amts.  I am always adjusting them after I enter a recipe
