How much protein kicks you out of ketosis?

Hello all! I am curious as to how much protein will kick you out of ketosis. I have read that too much can signal your body to convert the protein into glucose. Right now I have a 75g limit and I have had a couple times where I have been between 1-10 grams over my protein limit. I am curious as to exactly how much can kick you out from that point.

  • Check out Dr. Darren Schmidt. Also Thomas DeLauer has some new videos out correcting the once believed thought of too much protein kicking you out. 

    I think his video is the newer 10 commandments of Keto or something

  • If you are female its around 50g, male is closer to 75g but staying under is preferable.
