Hey Everyone!

Finally jumping aboard the low-carb craze bus, and hoping to lose 20lbs by August. I'm not new to dieting, but I new to lifestyling. I'm excited to be a part of the community and see where this journey takes me.

    I am fairly new myself. 1 month next week. Lost about 9.5 pounds so far 16/8 fasting which is working well for me. Good luck!

    Basically I have a 8 hour window where I eat and fast the other 16.  So if I stop eating at 6:00 at night, I don't start eating again for 16 hours later so 10:00 am. I pretty much eat 2 meals a day.  The first say 3 days took some willpower but now I sometimes am not even hungry when it is time to eat. I tried just drinking black coffee when I got up but didn't like it so I wait until the fast is over to have my coffee with my cream. I just drink water during those 16 hours.
