Basically I have a 8 hour window where I eat and fast the other 16. So if I stop eating at 6:00 at night, I don't start eating again for 16 hours later so 10:00 am. I pretty much eat 2 meals a day. The first say 3 days took some willpower but now I sometimes am not even hungry when it is time to eat. I tried just drinking black coffee when I got up but didn't like it so I wait until the fast is over to have my coffee with my cream. I just drink water during those 16 hours.
