Progress=Goal
I am ecstatic! I have finally reached 15 lbs. of weight loss! I won't say it was easy, because it has been hard to resist and fight off the urges or more old habits of eating the wrong foods. There were only a few times that I allowed myself to eat CARBs and that was for Thanksgiving meal, but it was very little (dressing). I am working in IF (intermittent fasting) now and am surprised at how little cravings I have for my once NEEDED foods. I truly think I have kicked the glycemic cycle of sugar cravings. I started this on Halloween night and feel better physically and mentally. I am determined to set another goal to lose and continue this wholeheartedly.
