Results!
I have been doing a lower carb (50g) a day for the past 16 weeks. I have lost approximately 52lbs total. I feel so much healthier! I had spoke with a dietician who recommended to stay away from “ketogenic” diets where you get little to no carbs, since for some people it is not something successful in the long term aspect. I get 50 carbs a day and never feel hungry after eating. It’s great!
