Sriracha Sauce horror! π
Soooo... I've been doing great all week crushing my goals this week EXCEPT for Wednesday. I had a couple tablespoons of "rooster sauce" ala Sriracha. Nutrition facts says 0 carbs/ 0 sugar. I log my meal after I ate only to find out those 2 tablespoons were my total carb allowance for the day! I check the ingredients and the second ingredient listed was SUGAR!!! Lesson learned. I will now be more diligent on reading every ingredient every time (I wrongly assumed ut was a hit sauce and safe π)... Has anyone else experienced this with another food? Please do share π
On the bright side: I still lost 2 pounds overnight (pure waterweight, but at least I don't feel like a camel anymore!)
