I had a rough patch this weekend, but I seemed to have recovered.
My glucose is back to where it was before the weekend.
AND I am down 10 pounds since I started tracking here!
Awesome! Keep it up. I’ve had a couple slip ups, I think we all do at some point. It’s more motivation for me to stay the course when I see the weight come back off.
