Goals for macros?

Hi-I am new to this app. I radically switched my eating habits about 8 months ago for two reasons. First, I was having wild blood sugar swings. My father had type 1 diabetes, although it was adult onset (pancreatic failure, I believe) and my mother has type 2. I felt like I was starting to have problems and wanted to head them off as best as I could. Also, my mother has Alzheimer's and I have read of the connections between diet and onset of this disorder.

I feel tremendous...no more blood sugar drops or spikes, more energy and so on. I should note that I am not overweight, exercise regularly (not fanatically), and am almost 50.

Generally I consume dairy, high fat, lots of nuts, no processed foods, and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.

I am wondering what the best macro goals for me should be? I thought that I was keto, but suspected my carb was creeping a bit. I was surprised to see all of the options for macro goals on this app and am trying to figure out what might be best for me given my health concerns.

Any advice is most welcome!
