Hi Everyone,
It’s time to lose the baby weight and get healthy!
I had a tough pregnancy which saw me basically bed ridden for most of it and as a result my weight ballooned. I’m the biggest I’ve ever been and it’s time to do something about it. I also have Hashimoto’s disease (underactive thyroid) and suffer from fibromyalgia and bad migraines. Yep, I’m a catch, my poor husband 😌
Ive done the low carb option before, however, it was also low fat so increasing fat levels is taking a bit to get my head around.
I really want to lose 30kg ( 66 pounds) and improve my health and quality of life so I can enjoy my kids and be the Mum that they deserve.
Today is day 1 so wish me luck!
Ps. Thank you to all of you who have shared your stories, you have given me so much motivation.
