Is the best app I've ever found and I've used quite a few. It takes a real mindset change to get off the carbs. it works better for me if I just find different foods to eat rather than try to do the substitutes. Not saying all substitutes are bad, mind you, I just have to get out of the mindset of, for example, needing a bun with my hamburger. I actually really do like eating the hamburger as a salad instead. And it works a lot better for me.
