For snacks that are keto friendly, my go tos are dropping four or five 1tsp piles of Parmesan cheese on a piece of waxed paper and microwaving it for 45 seconds on high. 1gm fat 1gm protein per crisp.
Sweets? I am addicted to the fluffs. Whipped cream + whipped cream cheese + sucralose + flavoring. Just like cheesecake but keto friendly and yummy!
