Eating but still not meeting required macro goals

I linked my Fitbit to the app and have it set to apply steps and exercise to calories and macros. My issue is that by mid day I have burned all the carbs and calories from the morning and back to original daily requirements. Is this a bad idea because it tells me I can eat more?

    Hi most people seem to turn off apply exercise in settings but everyone is different so see what works for you . You can always switch off if you arent losing

  • I think if you’re trying to lose weight the whole idea is having a caloric deficit which is achieved through exercise and some calorie restriction.  If you’re going to bed hungry then I’d say eat it back, if not don’t eat.
