    Welcome Raquel 🍍. Track everything, get plenty of rest the first week, drink lots of water, consider adding electrolytes and a multivitamin.  Focus on carbs and calories while you learn to balance the rest.  Entering food in app before eating will help.  That way you can adjust portions or switch to another food that better meets your Macros.  Good Luck
