Why is my calorie goals going down!! Help!
I was wondering if anyone knew why the calorie goals are adjusting themselves. As I am losing weight and tracking everything I can I noticed I was going over my calorie limit ( not by much ) but I was confused because just the other day i was allowed more calories and I’m noticing it’s getting less and less. I also don’t have the app deducting calories from my exercise. Just curious if anyone knew why it’s doing that

Taycarls glad I could help. It's one of my biggest criticisms of the app that it lets people drop below 1200. I've heard people say that the app has them eating 900 calories daily because they said they wanted to lose 2lbs a week and there's no calorie minimum in the app. I just manually set my calories to 1200 on day 1 and let the app set my macros from that.
