New chick from Australia

Hi everyone, I’m new. Is anyone from Australia here?? I’m looking to lose 30kgs/66pounds. I need to start slowly or I’m bound for failure. I just logged  my first day of meals on and I’m about 350g carbs too much. 😂😂😂 whoops. White bread and white rice being the main culprits. I’m not exactly sure how many carbs or macros I should use as a baseline. Any tips would be appreciated. Enjoy your day/night. 🙏🏼

    Welcome 🍍.  If you enter your information in Getting Started, the app will calculate your Macros.  There is also an ease in feature that will gradually reduce your Carb Macro.  Good Luck

  • Hi Kylza, I find what helps me a lot is I decide in the morning all (or almost all) that I’m going to eat during the day and log it right away for the whole day, so I can adjust and make sure I’m within my macros.
