I miss potatoes!!!

  • I'm not convinced that potatoes are a bad idea.  I literally just ordered a book yesterday called "The Fat Burning Kitchen".  I'm looking forward to getting it and totally digesting it.  It was written by a nutritional specialist and personal trainer.  This page that features the book has an article all about potatoes, as well as other "white" foods that people think are like eating white bread, but for a variety of reasons, it's not the same thing.  I'm on a quest to lose a few pounds (about 25), but potatoes are not one of the things I'm going to give up after reading this article.  I was so impressed with it that I featured it on my blog:  https://tinyurl.com/BodyGobOnPotatoes.   The real  test will be when I get the book and implement the advice in it.
