Does coffee count as water? I mean, it's basically just water that has been filtered with coffee beans!
I drink about 32oz of coffee during the day at work, a 12oz can of sparkling water (most days), and then anywhere between 32-64oz of water at night.

If coffee counted as water I would be golden! Lol. I really don't see a difference if its black coffee though, honestly. Unfortunately, I need my coffee to taste vanillaish with a splash of creamish... 馃槰 lol.
I haven't tried the sparkling waters. Probably should. Some days I can get a gallon down before I leave work for the day and other days I'm still working on that gallon come midnight, lol. Ugh.

tmadaris I never used to like sparkling water, thinking it was bland and just gross. Since I have cut out sweets and sugar, I find that they seem to be a little sweet. It's probably just my brain being tricked lol.
I do need to get more water in though, I always notice things are just ... better ... when I drink more!

Y E S ! Things for sure better when you get your water in. I just feel "meh" when I don't get at least 60oz in a day.

tmadaris I like LaCroix and Dasani best. Bubly is good but harder to find on sale. Aldi actually sells some pretty good ones also, and at the best price.
I feel like when I'm craving a pop, its usually because I'm missing the carbonation. Sparkling waters definitely filled that void!

Have you tried Nutpods French Vanilla? No carbs!! Helps take the edge off black coffee!! And yummy!
