Staying hopeful

I started the keto diet 2 weeks ago. I’ve been pretty strict, staying very close to my macros. I’ve had ketones in my urine for a week, but I haven’t lost any weight to speak of. Can I expect to start to see weight come off soon, or should I already see more results?

According to the app I am. Are you allowing the app to adjust for activity?  I have my Apple Watch connected to the app that adjusts  my macros. My sub totals are also usually still below my macros.

I’m a very slow loser. I was wondering the same which is why I’m now charting everything on this program. I am very inactive due to back problems. I also am not good about getting my water but otherwise I’ve had 2 social events in about 8 weeks which were setbacks. I’ve only lost 11 lbs.  I’m happy to be getting weight off but expected it to drop more quickly.

In the app, under the MACROS tab under Settings, it will tell you the expected weight loss per month based on your macros and body information.    How far off of that number are you?  11 lbs in two months was much more than mine was predicting.
