How do I upload a recipe from Pinterest to CM? (Premium)

I decided to go “Premium” because it said I could import recipes from the internet to my food list or database. I can’t figure out how to do this and I don’t want to sit and spend lots of time creating a recipe when I thought I could just “magically” import or upload. Help??
