Keto + IF (2 meals a day)
Hello guys, I started doing extended IF (18-6 to 20-4 eating windows, with 2 meals a day) for about 4 months with a low carb diet (lost about 35 pounds). On my research, I found a few interesting articles pointing out that you shouldn't IF for long periods of time to avoid affecting you metabolism, so for a couple of weeks I decided to start with a ketogenic with a 3-meals a day plan, using the recommended macro food distribution of the Carb Manager App.
Now, I want to go back to the same IF regime with 2 meals a day but mixing it with the ketogenic diet, and here's when I have some doubts regarding the amount of food I should eat between those 2 meals, if it needs to be the same amount of fat, protein & carbs distributed now from 3 to 2 meals, or if I should decrease it in some amount or percentage.
