Net carbs confusion

Hello.  I’m new to LCHF eating, and have started working on converting favorite foods to meet that discipline.   When I subtract fiber from total carbs in my recipe, I’ve come up with a Net Carb higher than  Carb Manager has calculated.  Does the carb manager number account for something I’m not?
