First week on Keto

I am so excited! On my first week of Keto I’ve lost a total of 12 pounds! I know most is water but the good news is that I’m not hungry and finding it easier to stay on than I thought. I’m starting to have some leg cramps. I need to increase my water

    Congrats on your weight loss! Water loss is huge! I noticed an almost immediate decrease in joint inflammation because of water loss. And leg cramps! I feel you. You need to not only up your water intake but make sure and up your salt intake and add electrolytes. If I don"t do these things, i get leg cramps and shin splints that wake me and keep me up! But honestly, as much as they suck, I kind of embrace them because, I know, without a doubt, that I'm in ketosis.

  • Have had great success with Magnesium Glycinate. It doesn't make me poo, but handles the leg cramps. :)
