Hair loss and thinning hair
Anyone experiencing a large amount of hair shed being on Keto for months? I am taking multi vit and minerals like I am supposed to. I am shedding a lot these last few months before my 1 year Keto mark. I’m afriad if so much thinning to come and having to use a Rogaine or something.

This is my second time around for Keto. I lost sooo much hair on Leto 2 years ago that I had to stop. I have since found out I have hypothyroidism which can also cause hair loss so I’m being super vigilant on Leto this time around. I am tempted to go LCHF instead of strict Keto as my hair took 2 years to grow back to normal.
