Hello everyone

 I have been doing the low-carb high-fat diet for more than a month now, relying on a specific website for my information and recipes.  Other than light headedness, the benefits have clearly outweighed the negatives.  Looking to be a bit more precise in my estimation of the number of carbs I am getting daily.  This app should help a bit.
