This is happening to me too, it is normal to plateau from what I am reading. Just makes sense too, your body is adjusting. In fact I haven’t changed my diet at all since starting, if anything gotten better at sticking to it, and I am no longer am in ketosis on the strips. I did incorporate intermittent fasting and have gone down about 0.5/week still happy with that!:)

There are lots of good videos on YouTube on keto stalls. It's a very common problem. I'm not exactly stalled, but I'm struggling to get one pound a week at this point. Some of the common recommendations are to cut out dairy completely for a week or two, try going carnivore for a week or two, to dramatically switch things up such as the times and the foods you eat, or to have a carb up day.

kradecki3 The strips are only useful in the early parts of Keto. When you first start keto your body starts producing ketones but hasn't yet learned how to use them. As your body becomes "fat adapted", it starts using ketones as fuel. Then the test strips will show zero even though you are in ketosis because your body is burning them all up and not discarding them in urine. At least that's my understanding of how it works. After my first couple of months on keto I gave my test strips away to a friend of mine who was starting.

It depends on how close you are to your goal weight-if you are 300 lbs and eat 1200 calories you will lose weight quickly but if you are 130 pounds you will lose a pound every couple weeks. Try lowering total carbs to under 18 and eat more fat - maybe 75% fat. Cut back on veggies they have a lot of carbs (net carbs give too many carbs for some of us). Good luck!

It can take around 6 weeks of very strict Keto to become fat adapted. Your weight loss will pick up after you become fat adapted. Health issues or medications may also slow down your weight loss. My high blood pressure medication is slowing down my progress, which is so frustrating. Just stick with it.

Great job on losing the 14 lbs. !!!!
try fasting once in a while. Some do intermittent fasting with success. It also helps to keep you in or get back to Ketosis. I just skip dinner sometimes and lose weight. It seems to be easier to skip meals on Keto
