I'm in keytosis but the scale is not moving.  I'm sure it is due to my caloric intake.

  • I too went a month and got stuck at -10 lbs scale didn’t move for 2.5 weeks. Measurements landed -13.5 inches with 5 OFF THE WAIST ! My advice stay OFF THE SCALE AND ON YOUR PLAN!

    wendyleeb024c I’m praying youbare right and started measuring last Saturday. Now I’m addicted to the scale almost as bad I was to Coke products  🤬
