Not enough calories

Hello!  I am doing great, losing weight, stay full so i am not eating a ton.  I feel great.

I am not worried about “today” but figure that going forward i have to feed my body “enough.”

So my question is... if you shouldn’t eat if not hungry... (great advice)... how much should i worry about getting enough?

(900 calories today)

  • The answer to this really depends on your goals, macros, and desired deficit. All-in-All, women should't be consuming less than 1200 calories per day, and men 1800. These are the nutritionally recommended numbers. Try adding oils to your cooking, butter where you can, and fat bombs throughout the day. If you get your total calories up to the minimum, you won't have to worry about your body storing fats because it thinks food is scarce.

The other thing to consider is energy you are feeding your body. I sometimes have to have an extra fat bomb to hit my calories, but it overall boosts my energy in the long run.
