Hello!
I am 38 years old and began keto 2 days ago. I have researched for the past 3 weeks and feel great about this journey. I am doing keto but with a twist. I do higher protein and moderate fat with under 20g carbs daily. I feel this is the best option for me to direct my body to burn the fat on my body vs the fat I would be eating. I am excited to read about everyone's journey and find some great tips!
