Why are we supposed to limit coffee?

Caffeine raises blood sugar in some people. I have a Huge coffee every morning so everyone is different.

Caffeine can stimulate stress hormones in our bodies raising blood sugar & insulin preventing weight loss.

I enjoy my morning coffee. It doesn’t stall my weight loss so it’s not a problem for me.

Says who? Quote or reference would be useful.

I drink mine black and unlimited until 1pm or I can’t sleep 😴

weighloss for me is fine. Perhaps it depends if you add anything or if you are unfortunate and have an insulin reaction  it.

I have a bulletproof coffee every morning. Just black coffee with butter and MCT oil. It hasn't seemed to have and negative (or should I say positive?) impact on my weight loss so far. But, as was mentioned earlier, everyone is different. Easiest way (but would cost money) would be to monitor glucose levels before and after drinking coffee to see if it has any impact on your goals.
