Protein and Fat Deficiency
Hi there,
I started the diet about a week ago and it seems that often my protein and fat intake is too low and I reach the carb limit. Any recipes or suggestions as to what to do to maintain calorie count and carb limit but up the protein and fat? I try to plan out my days as well. The advisor tab is somewhat helpful if you look at your macros but you will always exceed carbs by at least a few grams when I am trying to maintain my carb level and increase the proteins and fats as I stated. For example, if I need 120 g of protein and I’ve only eaten 100 one. What can I do? I read that if you’re within 10 g of any macro nutrient, it’s fine. It just seems that it would be off-balance if I reach the carb limit but not the other two. It’s about the ratios. Also, If I eat a lot of cheese to compensate, my calorie count exceed the recommended one. Can someone please help? Thanks.
