Day 6 Struggling to keep fat intake in range

Having trouble keeping fat under my 110g. goal. Need more cals and lean protein too.

    Kristie F.  Thanks for responding.  I think I got the issue under control. net carbs are 21g. adjusted fat to minimum 126 from 110 max.  Adjusted cals from 1600 to 1800. I was just getting way to hungry and having to skip meals to meet goals. lost 1.2 lbs this week😊
