Milestone today
Tomorrow will be 19 weeks that I have been on the keto plan and today marks 50lbs lost. I started at 245 and my dream goal is 135. But if I can lose 100lbs I'll be plenty happy. Heck, I'm happy now. For the past four months I have had to go to Savers every 2-3 weeks and buy new jeans, and that's a great feeling. I'm probably going to need a whole new summer wardrobe!

Vic My goals are 15 net carbs (30 total), 75g protein, 93 g fat, 1,200 calories. But my actual calories fluctuate between 600 and 1300, and my shortfalls tend to be in protein and carbs. I try to keep my protein at 15-25% and my fat at 70-80% of whatever total calories I end up with. Net Carbs are always under 5%, usually under 4%.
