Frustrated and questioning
I started this journey on October 28th. I weigh 157 which means I've lost a total of 12 lbs. That's frustrating, but what's got me questioning some things, is now that I'm down to 157, CM says I only get 1070 calories a day. I can't exercise a lot, 1. I hurt my knee somehow and I'm recovering from major surgery. I've marked my settings as sedentary since I'm not actively exercising but I am able to move around at work. I do have a desk job, but I am also required to walk around the building and upstairs. 1070 just seems awfully low in carbs. I know many years ago, I was always told to never go below 1200. If I mark it lightly active I get 1299. Does this seem right? I'm 5'4" and I want to lose 25 - 30 more lbs. Due to my surgery, I seem to be carrying most of the weight in my midsection.
