Too much protein
I just started keto a month ago and love it. But I keep going over my protein but under on fat and carbs. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, eating bacon, eggs, chicken and cheese are all things that are normal. I'm not gorging myself just a normal amount at each meal. Should I worry? What should I do ?

I had that problem, so I started to add more flax oil or olive to reach my fat. Be careful not to go too far over your protein, better to be a little under.
cheeses have a lot of fat and moderate protein, and avocados have fat and protein.
i try to figure out my meal plan the night before. That way you can play around to get closer to your macros. It makes it easier for me.
