Stuck to it for my first week, a few newbie errors. I know it’s a learning curve and hopefully weight will shift in bigger chunks going forward but 2.2lbs although not as much I had hoped for is still a win.
My first week was the exact same. This is my second week and I have dropped 4 pounds thanks to the app. Keep it up this is my second time doing keto , I loss 40 the first time two years ago and gained 14 back so I’m trying to lose that plus 11 more for a total loss of 25 pounds .. good luck 👍
