Need a little guidance plz

Hi I'm new to LCHF/KETO only been doing it a couple of weeks. I'm doing ok I think lol but I seem to be having more protein than anything else and my calories seem to be quite low after exercise and tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks Trina
