31 lbs is amazing! Congrats!! I have heard and experienced that the last 10 is hardest to lose. You are in good company. Lol. Keto may not be motivating and workable enough for you right now. Try cutting refined sugars, then white breads/pastas/rice, etc. You may find that staying within your calories while eating whole grains, brown rice, sweet potato, etc. makes it easier. Maybe add in 8:16 intermittent fasting at that point and see how you feel. You may feel more inspired or motivated to do strict keto after doing that for awhile. That's how I did it. Good luck!
