Newbie here but not to the Food Lifestyle
Hey everyone! I’m a married mom of 2 daughters (24 & 18) and a cat name Ginger.) I have a few health issues and had made food adjustments and exercise adjusted for years apparently. I absolutely love cooking and staying active. (My food intake, non-starchy veggies, protein, water only and my electrolyte drink.) My hugest challenge is needing to eating more. My medications are a huge factor in weight gain. I know if I gain weight it will affect my health significantly in a bad way; so I’m very determined to continue to eat and workout the way I do.
My family agrees with my lifestyle but agrees it’s not for them, so I create their meals separate from mine. Always looking for recipes. I use, air fryer, pressure cooker, and ninja blender.
