Gaining slowly

After adopting the Keto diet, I lost 30 pounds. It was a slow process. Now, I’ve slowly started gaining weight. I eat about 25-30 net carbs daily. This morning I hit a total of 10 pounds gained. I’ve changed nothing. Any ideas?

    Hey AJ. My net carb intake is 14 a day. My suggestion is to try and keep it under 20 net carbs a day for a week and see if that turns things around. Calories count on a keto lifestyle. Make sure you are looking at all the macros. Also check to see if you are in ketosis Regularly. Let that be your guide. Good luck.
