Confused.......

I'm new to this life style change.  I'm logging everything and it all looks good until my fit bit syncs..... I will go from 1200 calories a day to 243 and my analysis's looks absolutely terrible. I'm not sure if I'm doing it right because it shows I'm not eating enough when my exercise enters into the equation

    You can set the app to NOT count your exercise calories burned against your food calories, I believe.
