Need Help! 3rd go around with Keto...

Hello, My name is Jenna and I’m a 35yo mother of 4 wonderful children. I’ve been doing Keto for almost 4years, and in this time I’ve had 2 children! The first time I started keto was to loose the extra weight before my Wedding and not only did I loose the weight, I surpassed my expectations (I’ve dieted/tried everything my whole life to loose weight, the struggle is real). Then about 4 months later I found out I was pregnant! Very excited but unfortunately succumbed to the very strong pregnancy cravings and gained all my weight back plus some. After having my 3 son (my first two children were from a previous relationship and had my second son 5 years before my Wedding), I went back to Keto excited to get back to the amazing form I had got to before getting pregnant with him. Unfortunately the weight loss wasn’t as great as the first time so I assumed the pregnancy/hormones were just making it difficult but after almost a year back on Keto I still wasn’t seeing the results I was hoping for and I was doing everything the same!! Then I find out I was pregnant again!! Super discouraged, and battling cravings I again stopped doing Keto! After having my daughter (#4, and last) I was excited to finally get to focus on my body again and not worry about another pregnancy messing with my progress. I had my Tubes removed to insure this! 
So now I started back to Keto on March 1 (Belated New Years resolution) and so far it’s been  7 weeks and only lost a total of 6lbs lost! Anything is better then nothing but this is quite slow for being so overweight. My previous loss was at a rate of about 2-3lbs per week!! 
Any suggestions, advice or thoughts on what I’m doing wrong or what I can do to kick start a better weight loss... ??? 
also starting Intermediate fasting and planning a 24hour fast ... 
Help!! I Love Keto and want to stick with it for good but I fear I’m missy something this go around or that the pregnancy/back and forth has done irreversible damage!! How do I change this?????

height: 5’2”

CW:193.8lbs

Target Weight: 140ish

    It's good that you have started your journey again! I kind of had the same experience. I am 36, have six kids, and with each kid the weight seemed to become more resistant to come off. It's very exhausting Lol!I have to work 3-4 times harder than when I lost baby weight from prior years back. Like you, I was able to average 2-3lbs. a week but now if the scale even moves downward it's by like .5oz 😂  I think it's a combo of hormones, stress and habits.  Keep at the good work! it sounds like you are doing well if you have made it through 7 weeks already🙂

  • Wow, 6 kids! And here I thought 4 was a lot! 😂 well, I try to stay positive with any weight loss is still weight loss!! So as long as the scale is on a downward trend Your still doing well! 👍

    how long have you done Keto over the years? What was your longest stretch?

    Jenna Aguirre Hey! I just messaged you with basically my whole weight loss journey or journeys lol! I feel like I have been through it all. It's for sure a long story.  Let me know if you have any questions. What has your journey or journeys been like with have so many kids? I am always interested in how other moms bounced back after birth.  I am feeling great today! started intermittent fasting today and not really craving anything except for almonds. How's it going for you?
