Hi guys I'm new to the group and looking for suggestions on how I can increase my fibre intake without it affecting my carbohydrates if anybody has any ideas and can help me that would be absolutely great as I do have problems with constipation. I have been doing Keto by following a set plan but now want to try and do it myself to give me a little bit more variety I'm looking to lose around a stone
