Introduction - ‘Hello’
Hi everyone
complete newbie here to this forum. Just want to introduce myself. I’m Alan and 4 months ago I was 303lb (137 kg) and through reduced calorie and reduced fat I dropped down now to 241 lb (109 kg)
However I now want to start Keto and I’ve been on it a week now as a intermediate understanding from YouTube videos etc.
I have started off with some keto urine strips from Amazon and they seem to work to what I would expect.
so anyway I’ve been in Keto for 3-4 days now and my diet mainly consists of eggs, meat (chicken / pork etc) and I’m trying to keep fat as high as I can (butter in scrambled egg etc) and cooking meeting in pan with coconut oil.
I want to understand my macros tailored for me correctly and what Calories I should be eating as I’m currently eating about 1400 calories a day and 0 to 7 carbs a day max
Any tips / suggestions from your guys
