Can’t keep food down?!?!

Hi there, I’m completely new to keto and have been strictly adhering to the app’s recommended 70:25:5 ratio with required 1180 calories.  I’m 5’3 and 185lbs.  Goal to lose 50lbs.  
 

It’s been 10 days and I’ve already vomitted 2-3 times after meals (unintentionally) but I just get so uncomfortable from having to eat so much fat and protein (I’m having 3 meals plus 1 snack and using supplements like mct oil and collagen peptides to reach my requirements instead of forcing more food down.)  
 

Can I keep the same macro ratio but lower my total caloric intake to 900-1000 until my body adjusts to fat digestion better?  My concern is that such a low caloric intake will hamper weight loss if my body thinks I’m in starvation mode and slows down my BMR (despite feeling overly satiated.). I really don’t want to adjust the ratio to lower fat/protein and increase carbs while keeping same calories as I’m at 20g carb currently and don’t want to be kicked out of ketosis.  Really struggling to keep up...any suggestions?  Thanks!

    Could it be the types of fat you're eating? Can you give examples?
